to Staff Supervision - Three Day Course:
A three day
course that explores the necessary skills required to make the
transition to being an effective supervisor. The course covers
the management skills necessary to ensure best performance from
supervised staff whilst maintaining the respect that ensures
maximum flexibility from the work force.

of the course participants will have:
